There are moments in life that divide everything into “before” and “after.”


March 14, 2024 was that day for me.


The words, “You have breast cancer,” changed my life forever.


Thankfully, because of the incredible research funded by organizations like Susan G. Komen and the generosity of people who refused to give up on a cure, I was given hope. Today, I am blessed to say I am a breast cancer survivor.


But my story isn’t over.


Every day, another woman, mother, sister, daughter, wife, or friend hears those same terrifying words. They deserve the same hope I was given.


That’s why on September 26, 2026, I’ll be walking in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Tulsa with my team, The Hope Hens .


I’m asking for your help in one of two ways:


Join The Hope Hens and walk beside us as we celebrate survivors, honor those we’ve lost, and fight for those still battling.


Donate to support life-saving breast cancer research. Every dollar brings us one step closer to better treatments, earlier detection, and, one day, a world without breast cancer.


I am living proof that research saves lives.
