I am doing the Susan G Komen race for the cure this year

As many of you know I have been impacted over the past year by a diagnosis of breast cancer .  While it has been an up and down journey of expectations, adjusted treatments, emotional roller coaster rides, one thing that has stayed steady is my tribe of sisters and friends that have been by my side near and far.

This year, I joined the Komen community and registered for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. I am dedicated to Komen's mission of ending breast cancer forever, and I need your help. 


While it is a fundraiser, I am asking my tribe to consider participating in the race with me on Saturday, October 17, 2026 , Lenox Square.  There are options to do 3 or 1 mile walk/run.  My team is called "Sisters and Friends".  You can join on my Fundraiser Page. 

Ending breast cancer needs all of us, and your generosity can make a real difference. Together, let’s show breast cancer patients there’s a whole community standing by their side.
