Welcome to My Personal Page - MY WHY

December 2023, my life changed with four words no one ever wants to hear: "You have breast cancer."

In an instant, my priorities shifted. The things I once worried about didn't seem to matter anymore. My focus became simply making it through each day—with hope, faith, and the determination to keep fighting.

Cancer tested me in ways I never imagined. It challenged me physically, emotionally, and mentally through surgeries, treatments, and recovery. But it also taught me some of life's greatest lessons.

I no longer take tomorrow for granted. I celebrate the little things, cherish time with the people I love, and have learned that every single day is a gift. I've discovered a strength I never knew I had, and I try to live each day with gratitude, kindness, and purpose.

While I'm incredibly thankful to now call myself a breast cancer survivor, I know so many women and families are still living the fight I once faced. They deserve hope. They deserve support. And they deserve a future where breast cancer is no longer something anyone has to fear.

That's why I'm participating in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

Susan G. Komen does so much more than fund groundbreaking research. They provide financial assistance, patient navigation, education, and emotional support for people facing breast cancer when they need it most. Those resources remind people that they are never alone.

If my journey has taught me anything, it's that none of us gets through life's hardest moments without the love and support of others. I was blessed by an incredible community that lifted me up when I needed it most, and this is my opportunity to help do the same for someone else.

If you're able, I would be incredibly grateful if you would consider making a tax-deductible donation to support my fundraising efforts. Every donation, whether large or small, helps provide hope, support, and lifesaving research for those still fighting.

Thank you for believing in me, for standing beside me throughout my journey, and for helping me give hope to someone who needs it today.

Because of your generosity, more women will have the chance to become survivors too.

With all my heart, thank you.
