2026 Komen Greater NYC Race for the Cure

In February of this year, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. At the age of 28 and just 3 months before my wedding, I prepared to face the most challenging battle of my life thus far.

After a double mastectomy, a few rounds of IVF, and 5 rounds of chemo, I am halfway done with my battle and doing great. I feel so blessed. I want to thank my wonderful husband, my family, and my friends for being by my side every single step of the way.

This is the first year that the month of October (Breast Cancer Awareness Month) has such significant meaning for me. I am going to walk for myself, my grandma and grandpa (both breast cancer survivors), and all of the new friends I have met along my journey who are battling this disease with me.

I would love it if you would come walk with me. If you cannot make it, please check your breasts (women and men!).
