There are women who hold everything together so quietly that you forget how much they're carrying. My mum is one of them. She is fabulous, kind, and more resilient than anyone should ever have to be. A loving wife, loyal friend, dedicated teacher, and best of all, my mum. This year she joined a sisterhood no one chooses: the women facing breast cancer. She's taken every day with a smile on her face and a song in her spirit.
