2026 Komen Triangle Race for the Cure

Earlier this year, my mommy was diagnosed with breast cancer, and as you can imagine, it’s been a life-changing experience for all of us. She underwent surgery this summer and is now preparing for radiation treatments — but unfortunately, her insurance will not cover this next step.

We haven’t been very public about this journey because it’s been such a deeply sensitive and emotional topic for our family. However, we’ve found so much comfort and value in those who have shown genuine empathy and vulnerability while sharing their own similar experiences. It reminded us that we’re not alone, and that compassion truly makes a difference.
