I’m joining this year’s Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in support of Komen’s vision of a world without breast cancer. This is my 20th year since my diagnosis.  

It has been a rough journey and even though I don't talk about it, my life has changed forever.  Not just how I feel emotionally, but physically the way I look, being in pain from the surgeries.  This is something that survivors live with in our "new normal".  But we are alive and part of it is because of all of you supporting me every year.

Unfortunately, I have so many friends who had a second occurrence and didn't survive the second time.

I am dedicated to Komen's mission of ending breast cancer forever, and I need your help. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today in support of my fundraising efforts.
