Your gift could provide a one month supply of Tamoxifen, a drug used to treat breast cancers that rely on estrogen for growth, to a patient in need. Every 60 seconds, somewhere in the world, someone dies from breast cancer. Your gift will help save lives! Your gift could provide a screening mammogram to an uninsured or underinsured person in need. Your gift could provide a breast prosthesis for an uninsured or underinsured woman in need. Your gift will help us reach our bold goal to reduce the current number of breast cancer deaths by 50% in the U.S. within the next decade!

Welcome to My Personal Page

I gratefully mark my 24th Anniversary of Survivorship Oct. 17 by being in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure the next day. Dedicated to Komen's mission of ending breast cancer forever, I ask for your help.

One of my Baylor roommates, Karen Mullen Parrish, was diagnosed with breast cancer in the spring, had surgery mid-summer, and is now undergoing radiation treatments on her way to recovery. In her absentia, I am devoting my Dallas Walk '25 fundraising, prayer and physical activity to honor Karen's journey. Please consider a tax-deductible donation TODAY in support of our joint fundraising efforts!

Your gift gets us a step closer to a world free of breast cancer. Funding backs breakthrough research & provides assistance to current patients. Whether emotional support through the SGK financial assistance program or navigation services to remove barriers, Komen is there. Ending breast cancer takes us all--your generosity makes a difference. Let us show breast cancer patients that a community stands by their side.
