2025 Komen Houston Race for the Cure

What started as a fun childhood tradition?joining my plusmom and siblings at the Race for the Cure?has become something so much more meaningful.

In 2023, Zach and I joined the race on a whim. Just a few weeks later, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer.

In 2024, I formed a team through my workplace at Star Furniture. The outpouring of support was overwhelming, and to see how many people have been effected by breast cancer is eye opening.

Now, in 2025, Faith It TIL You Make It is here?this time made up of friends and neighbors coming together to show love, stand in solidarity, and walk in faith.

We race for my mom.
We race for my aunts.
We race for all the survivors, the fighters, and the ones we carry in our hearts.
