Your gift could provide a one month supply of Tamoxifen, a drug used to treat breast cancers that rely on estrogen for growth, to a patient in need. Every 60 seconds, somewhere in the world, someone dies from breast cancer. Your gift will help save lives! Your gift could provide a screening mammogram to an uninsured or underinsured person in need. Your gift could provide a breast prosthesis for an uninsured or underinsured woman in need. Your gift will help us reach our bold goal to reduce the current number of breast cancer deaths by 50% in the U.S. within the next decade!

Conquering Breast Cancer, One Step at a Time!

Most of you already know my story, so here's the short version:
  • Mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1999 (she was 66)
  • Mom lost her battle with breast cancer in 2001 (she was 68)
  • I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007 (I was 36)
  • I have been cancer free for almost 18 years (haha, you can do the math...)

I walk in memory of Mom. I walk to celebrate my personal health. I walk to honor my family and friends who have also survived breast cancer. I walk for the people in your life who have been touched by breast cancer...and for you. I walk to support the research and education that is making a difference in the lives of so many who have been and are touched by breast cancer every day.

Ending breast cancer will take all of us, and your support can make a real difference. Every step matters. Every dollar makes a difference. Will you join me in this effort again this year?

I deeply appreciate your love and support in this effort!
