I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016, six weeks after moving to Los Angeles from New York. My boys were 2 and 3 at the time and it was harrowing. I was fortunate to have incredible doctors and a type of cancer that was treatable with a new immunotherapy. After chemo, surgery, radiation and recovery, I am grateful to be cancer free! I walk to support all breast cancer survivors and to contribute in some way to eradicate breast cancer.
