As many of you know, I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in August 2023. After undergoing a bilateral mastectomy in January 2024 and three subsequent surgeries, I am currently in active treatment, which will continue for the next two years. Despite these challenges, my resolve to make a difference remains unwavering.
The support I have received throughout my journey has been nothing short of incredible. Now, I am eager to give back and support others who are fighting this battle. As I continue my own fight, I hope the funds we raise will profoundly impact the lives of mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, nieces, and everyone affected by this disease.
Breast cancer affects 1 in 8 women and is the leading cause of death among women aged 40-55. The need for education and early detection is critical.
