Kirsten, along with Amber Salguero-Mullenbach-campus administrator @ Carondelet Village (aka "Best Boss Ever"-Kirsten) and myself are heading up this team. We are looking forward to coming together with any of our family, friends and co-workers who would like to join in on this effort to raise funds to further the research and development of treatments to reduce and bring an end to breast cancer.
Kirsten's February diagnosis of Invasive Ductile Carcinoma-HER 2 Positive was very concerning, but the doctor's positive prognosis due to incredible advances in HER 2 positive treatment in the past 10 years brought great assurance.
The money raised will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer screenings, diagnostics, treatment assistance and so much more.
We're stronger together. United as ONE, we can support those who need help today, while fearlessly searching for tomorrow's cures.
