My Story

This year, I joined the Columbus, OH Susan G. Komen RACE FOR THE CURE! It hits extra close to my heart, as I was recently diagnosed with an early stage of breast cancer (ductal carcinoma). I am not alone, as 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will develop breast cancer in the course of their life. I am optimistic about my future due to early detection and looking forward to continuing to support Susan G. Komen RACE FOR THE CURE! Funds raised help support breakthrough research and provide assistance to those facing breast cancer today who need our support.
