Race with us.
We’re all in.
For over 30 years, the Greater New York City Race for the Cure has raised significant awareness and funds for breast cancer, as well as celebrated and honored those who have been impacted. Join us on Sunday, September 12th, as we come together virtually to share our stories, support one another, and raise money to save lives! Whether you participate for your friend who is newly diagnosed, your sister living with breast cancer, for yourself as a survivor, or in memory of a loved one, we are stronger when we join together.
We will mail t-shirts and swag bags, including gifts from our sponsors and fun engagement activities to partake in on Race day, to all participants. If you would like to have your t-shirt in time to wear for the virtual Race for the Cure, please register NO LATER than Wednesday, July 28th. If you register after that date, you will still be mailed your t-shirt, but it may not arrive by the September 12th Race day.
On event day, we invite you to join us online to hear stories from our survivors and those living with breast cancer, to learn about the impact of Komen's research discoveries, public policy advocacy and direct patient support services, and to celebrate your fundraising success. Then, we encourage you to set out on the sidewalks of your own neighborhood to earn your Virtual Finisher Medal by walking 6,000 steps for your commitment to end breast cancer.
