We are MORE THAN CONQUERORS!

Please join our team as we celebrate LIFE together. 

In years past, I have walked in support of my aunt Melisssa, who is now a 15 year survivor. I am so thankful that I have had the opprtunity to join her in celebration of conquering her battle with cancer.

This year we will be celebrating once again and this time, I will be walking as a SURVIVOR. 

After being diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer on Dec 29, 2022, battling breast cancer has become my full time job. I endured 12 rounds of chemotherapy treatment, a double mastectomy in the summer, and now I am in the middle of radiation therapy. By the time we walk, I will have completed my major treatments.

I really don't think I could have gone through this alone and the support of my friends and family truly made a difference. God built my army long before He knew I would go through this and He has blessed me with many more friendships along the way.

I hope you will join my aunt Melissa and I as we walk to celebrate that we are still here and walk in support of those who have lost their battle, are still enduring their battle, and those that will follow behind us. 

As a member of this team, we are each playing a part in helping Susan G. Komen® in their ONE mission to end breast cancer forever.

The money raised will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer screenings, diagnostics, treatment assistance and so much more.
