Vonetta Daniels brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the health equity space and healthcare. She currently holds the position of Director for KPMG's Health and Government Solutions, supporting health equity, healthcare providers, and state healthcare clients. Her illustrious career includes her previous role as a Director in Planning & Strategy for Grady Health Systems, and her tenure as the President and CEO of VYD and Associates. With over two decades of experience in public health, federal healthcare, and healthcare advisory consulting, Vonetta has steadfastly committed to the healthcare sector. A fifth-generation veteran, Vonetta’ s commitment to service and community engagement continued when she moved to Atlanta to attend Emory University after separating from the Air Force in 1999. Vonetta served Atlanta communities as an AmeriCorps National Service Fellow with Hands on Atlanta and Hands on Network (now Points of Light Foundation) leading AmeriCorps Teams working on-site with partner Community Development Corporations to support capacity, strengthen strategic partnerships and develop community-focused projects. Vonetta is an esteemed alumna of the University of Virginia and Emory University, where she earned her degrees in Economics and Government Foreign Affairs. She is currently working toward a dual postgraduate degree in Health Administration and Business Administration.
