Fractional COO Group
Meet Holly, a C-suite executive turned Fractional COO with over a decade of entrepreneurship experience, and owner of Fractional COO Group. As a Nashville unicorn, Holly believes in the importance of southern hospitality in every business transaction. She brings positivity, optimism, and a data-driven decision-making process to every room she enters.
Holly's operations career began over 10 years ago in the banking industry, where she got her first taste of operations as an Operations Manager. More recently, she worked as the COO for a local financial firm, but knew she could make a greater impact for more businesses by broadening her reach as an entrepreneur so she pivoted to a fractional model.
Holly works second in command to the CEO for higher profits and happier humans. She puts people and vision first and marries that with her ability to analyze and interpret data to implement change for faster results. As a Fractional COO team, Holly and her team help mid-sized companies uncover opportunities, improve processes, and empower teams to accelerate growth.
Holly is a proud MTSU alum and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She was recently a guest speaker for the Rutherford Cable Diversity and Inclusion board. Holly has experience building and selling her own businesses, as well as a strong marketing background. When she's not busy being a mom to her two kids, Ava and Caffrey, Holly enjoys spending time at the ballpark or on a patio with her husband, Michael.
