I started a team for this year's Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. We are joining a community united in one goal: to end breast cancer forever. Together, we will fund breakthrough discoveries and support people facing breast cancer today by ensuring they receive the care they need to live longer, better lives. We hope you’ll join us!

Why I Walk

I'm passionate about ending breast cancer forever, and joining my team or making a donation are the best ways to support me. I'm excited to be taking action, because I was diagnosed  with stage 3 breast cancer in April 2021. I have experienced first hand what early detection can do and what the Susan G. Komen foundation does to help ladies and men in need. The name of my team is the Faith Steppers. I chose this name because my mantra while going through Breast Cancer was Faith Over Fear and also because I believe in order to beat cancer or anything in life you have to walk or step on Faith.
