My world changed in August 2019 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer.  I then went through chemotherapy treatments which included unexpected hospitalizations and side effects.  I underwent a double mastectomy in February 2020.  Through it all I was surrounded by family and friends and their support and love helped me become a breast cancer survivor.  I've had many friends also affected by breast cancer, and I walk in honor of them!

This year, I joined the ONE Komen community and registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk.  I am dedicated to Komen's ONE mission of ending breast cancer forever, and I need your help.
