Girls In Pink Make the Boys Wink - Team Kristen
Kristen Dugan is a South Florida luxury real estate agent, single mom of three girls, breast cancer survivor, passionate advocate, & content creator dedicated to changing the future of breast cancer for the next generation.
Her journey into advocacy began with her own diagnosis - an experience that didn't just change her life, but redefined her purpose. Through diagnosis of Stage 2b TNBC, treatment, recovery, and rebuilding, Kristen found strength she didn't know she had... and a calling to use her voice for others walking a similar path.
In 2025, Kristen was honored as a Ford Warrior in Pink, attended Susan G. Komen Advocacy Day in Washington, D.C., and participated in Race for the Cure in New York City, deepening her commitment to both local and national impact.
She continued her leadership as a member of the Executive Leadership Committee for the 2026 More Than Pink Walk in West Palm Beach, helping drive awareness, community engagement, and fundraising efforts. That same year, she expanded her platform through events like Band is One and will take her advocacy even further by running the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon with Team Komen, raising funds and awareness on one of the world's biggest stages.
In 2027, Kristen will serve as Event Chair for the West Palm Beach More Than Pink Walk, where she is focused on creating an even bigger, bolder, and more impactful experience for survivors, families, and supporters.
Kristen is a three time Komen Legend fundraiser.
At the heart of everything she does are her three daughters-the reason she kept going, the reason she fights, and the reason she's committed to building a future where fewer women hear the words "you have breast cancer."
Kristen's story is one of resilience, reinvention, and purpose-and she's just getting started.
