Why I Walk...
For years, I’ve participated in breast cancer walks simply because I believed in the cause. I wanted to support the fight, raise awareness, and do my small part to make a difference.
But over the years, breast cancer became much more personal.
Dear friends, family members, and colleagues were diagnosed. People I love had loved ones diagnosed. I watched people close to me face the fear, uncertainty, strength, and courage that comes with a breast cancer diagnosis.
And suddenly, this wasn’t just a cause I supported… it was personal.
That’s when I decided to take my involvement a step further and do whatever I can to raise awareness, raise funds, and support the fight to find better treatments, better outcomes, and ultimately a cure.
So, once again, I’m walking — for every woman and man affected by breast cancer, for the survivors, for those still fighting, for those we’ve lost, and for the families standing beside them.
I need YOUR help to reach my goal this year!
