My Story
Again this year, I joined the Komen community and registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. Breast cancer has affected so many women in my life - my sister Marcy, my best friend Deidra, my childhood friend Cheryl, my neighbor friends Carla, Michelle, Jo Ann and Judy, my new yoga friends Cindy and Kelly, my cousin Kristi, my niece Anna, and my sister’s lifelong best friend Miri who sadly lost her brave fight. I am inspired by all of these strong beautiful women, and several of them will join me in the walk this year.
