Why This Matters to Me
As part of the Komen team, I have the privilege of working every day to support our mission to end breast cancer forever. Again this year, I’m continuing that commitment by fundraising for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk — a cause I deeply believe in both professionally and personally.
This mission is also very personal to me — at least six women in my family, along with friends, have faced a breast cancer diagnosis. Because of that, I don’t just support this work through my role, I support it financially myself as well.
