At Barbelles, strength is not just about what we can lift. It’s about the community we build, the way we show up for one another, and the strength we find when we stand together.

That’s why Barbelles Strength & Fitness is proud to come together for the 2026 Komen Nashville More Than Pink Walk.

Breast cancer has touched members of our Barbelles family, as well as so many of our friends and loved ones. We’re walking for the survivors among us, for those currently fighting, in memory of those we’ve lost, and for a future where fewer women and families have to face this disease.

Our team is raising funds to support breast cancer research and services for people affected by breast cancer—and we’d love for our entire Barbelles community to be part of it.

You don’t have to lift heavy to be strong. Sometimes strength is simply showing up for someone else.
