On January 4, 2022, I heard the words, “You have breast cancer.” I was devastated and never imagined it could happen to me. Through my faith in God, I learned to ask not “Why me?” but “Why NOT me?”
My journey has included 16 chemotherapy treatments, 30 radiation treatments, four surgeries, countless scans, and ongoing physical and emotional healing. The fight didn’t end when treatment ended.
Today, I walk for myself and for every person whose life has been changed by breast cancer. I walk because some days I am the encourager, and other days I need encouragement, too.
Our team represents faith, hope, strength, and community.
I DON’T WALK ALONE—and neither should you.
Join us as we stand together, walk together, and fight together to end breast cancer.
Because ending breast cancer takes all of us.
