Ker's Cancer Journey
It's incredible to think that I was diagnosed with HER2 Positive breast cancer 3 years ago this month. It was only in August of last year that I ended in-clinic treatments. I'm still on daily oral medication and will be for years. Cancer is on my mind daily, but it's this time of year that brings a real focus to mind. The Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk is on Sunday September 27th this year. I would love for anyone who is able to join me to sign up as a team member. I will walk for myself, my dad, my cousins, my aunt and many others. We need to keep the research going, the support groups active, and the education accessible.
