My Story
After participating in the 2024 and 2025 More Than Pink Walk with Mike, Fiona and Catherine, we all agreed we wanted to participate again this year! This year's walk is Sunday, May 17th!
In May 2022 when I was undergoing bi-lateral mastectomy surgery there were many others who walked in the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk when I couldn't.
We're compelled to walk again this year as in the past two years, for those who cannot walk, due to surgery, treatment, care or other reasons, and to support those who are facing cancer and working through all-stages of recovery.
Certainly no pressure or obligation. Though if you feel inclined to support Susan G. Komen, please consider making a tax-deductible donation in support of our efforts around the More Than Pink Walk. We're grateful for the work, dedication and care of the Komen mission.
