Niamoni’s Story
In 2024, I found a lump that changed my life forever. What followed was fear, uncertainty, 6 rounds of chemotherapy, and 4 surgeries. Through it all, life didn’t stop. I still had to show up as a wife, mother, aunt, sister, co-heart, employee, and simply try to keep going even on the hardest days.
What many people don’t see is that surviving is only part of the journey. Living with the aftermath can be even harder sometimes, the brain fog, cognitive challenges, exhaustion, emotional healing, and learning to accept physical changes and a new version of yourself.
There were moments I felt tired, scared, overwhelmed, and broken… but faith kept me. God kept me.
Today, I stand not just as a survivor, but as someone who understands how important awareness, support, research, and early detection truly are. Breast cancer impacts entire families, not just one person.
My goal is to raise $1,000 to help fight and end breast cancer. If my story touches you in any way, please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser. No amount is too small.
Let’s fight this fight together because hope, faith, and community matter.
