I decided to form a team and walk for many reasons.

My grandmother and my Aunt Libby both passed away as a result of breast cancer. My mom was diagnosed in October of 2023 and I was diagnosed in August of 2025. I have a cousin who was diagnosed and went through treatment as well. 

Luckily it was small and caught early. I had a lumpectomy on September 8th and had 15 rounds of radiation. My last day of radiation was December 2nd!
