In June of 2025 I received devastating news; a new breast cancer that was more advanced and more aggressive than my first one almost 17 years ago. Shock, disbelief, and anger all led to action, as I powered through surgeries and ongoing treatments. I would not be here today without my tremendous team: family, besties, friends, breast sisters, collegues, community members, case managers and my medical team. Each and every one of them giving me strength and support on the worst of days and celebrating the small wins with me on the good days. 

I am registered to walk the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk to give strength and hope to my breast sisters who have just started their fight and to my breast sisters who are struggling with what survivorship means for them.

The funds will help to remove barriers for those in need of financial, physical, emotional and spiritual support.
