Our team name, “beCAUSE we’re Sisters,” carries profound significance. In the fight against breast cancer, we stand united, not just as friends or family, but as sisters. We are bound by a shared purpose: to protect our daughters, our loved ones, and future generations from ever having to hear the devastating words, “It’s malignant.”

For our team, the word sisters holds an even deeper meaning. Two sisters within our family were diagnosed with breast cancer just four months apart—a heartbreaking reality that brought the disease painfully close to home. When breast cancer touches your grandmother, your aunts, your cousins, and your sisters, it’s no longer a distant concern. It becomes a call to action.

We walk, we raise awareness, and we fundraise because we believe in a future where no woman has to face this battle alone. We are sisters in strength, in hope, and in the unwavering belief that together, we can make a difference.
