My journey began unexpectedly in December 2024 when I discovered a lump in my left breast. That discovery led to a whirlwind of diagnostic mammograms and biopsies, eventually resulting in a Stage 2 breast cancer diagnosis.

The road since then has been the hardest I’ve ever walked. I fought through 8 rounds of chemotherapy, underwent a double mastectomy, and completed 30 rounds of radiation. It wasn’t easy, but I had my kids and my best friends by my side every step of the way. Today, I am standing here as a survivor. I’m sharing my story because I want to be a reminder: Please, get your mammograms. Early detection changes everything. I am here for you, and my door is always open if anyone needs to talk.
