Proud More than Pink Partner
Last year, I proudly shared that I was 13 years cancer-free. But just two weeks after the 2025 More Than Pink Walk, I received the news that my cancer had returned. Since then, it’s been a whirlwind of doctor appointments and emotions — but I’m grateful to share that my prognosis is better than expected.
I truly believe that God has a plan for me. And as long as I’m able, I will continue to show up for this inspiring event and for the incredible community it represents.
Today, I’m asking for both your emotional support and, if you’re able, a financial contribution to the Susan G. Komen Foundation — an organization that gives back to our community in ways that are often unseen but deeply impactful. Every day I remind myself that life is a gift, and I know there are many others currently fighting breast cancer who urgently need the kind of help Komen provides — from navigating complex medical decisions to receiving emotional and financial support.
Susan G. Komen’s commitment to the breast cancer community is powerful and comprehensive. And we must never forget those we’ve lost — their battles may have ended here on earth, but their spirits live on.
So once again, I humbly ask you to support the ONE Komen community, the More Than Pink Walk, and my personal journey as I continue this fight. I remain dedicated to Komen’s ONE mission: to end breast cancer forever — and I can’t do it alone.
Your tax-deductible donation, no matter the amount, can make a real difference. Together, we can stand beside those fighting breast cancer and let them know they’re not alone.
Will you join me in this fight? Please consider making your donation today.
