My Story
This year, I joined the Komen community and registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. I am dedicated to Komen's mission of ending breast cancer forever, and I need your help. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today in support of my fundraising efforts.
Breast cancer sucks, and it affects everyone. I'm walking for my mom, Phylis Donelson, who, given our family history, chose to have an elective double-mastectomy in what I consider to be the bravest act I've ever seen. I'm walking for my sister Ali, and my wife Lyzz. I'm walking for my Aunt Judy, Aunt Beck, and Grandmother Joyce, who fought and beat breast cancer. I'm walking for my daughter Brigid, and my nieces Hayden and Ellie and Mary Mae and Bella Jane, and for all my cousins and second cousins and third cousins (we've got a huge family, y'all), so maybe they can grow up in a world without this disease.
