My Story
I walk in honor of my mom, Rosa Elia Rodriguez — a woman full of strength, warmth, and love.
She recently passed away from metastatic breast cancer, and every step I take is a tribute to her life, her courage, and the legacy she left behind. Her favorite color was purple, and she loved seeing things grow and bloom — just like the love she gave to everyone around her.
That’s why I created our team, Bloom for a Cure — a symbol of how we carry her memory forward, with purpose and hope.
I’m raising money for Susan G. Komen to help fund life-saving research and support for people battling breast cancer right now. No family should have to go through this loss, and I believe together, we can help change the future.
If you feel moved to join our team or donate in my mother’s memory, I’d be so grateful. Every step, every dollar, helps us get closer to a world without breast cancer.
With love,
Viviana Rodriguez
