On July 13th, we lost my mother-in-law to breast cancer. It still doesn’t feel real. She was more than family… she was love, strength, and joy all wrapped into one. Life is just a little dimmer without her.

This year I’m walking in the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walk for her. For the moments we’ll never get back, for the love she poured into all of us, and for the hope that one day no family has to go through what ours did.
