My Story
2025-, I joined the Komen community and registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. I walk for my sister (Maria Elizabeth (Lisa)) who lost her battle July 2021. I walk in her memory. She was diagnosed in August 2020, we lost her in less than a year. We all remember her kindness, her humor, her dedication to her family and students and most of all her love. She continues to be the role model for all of us. We miss her greatly and I think today more than yesterday. I am dedicated to Komen's mission of ending breast cancer forever, and I need your help.
