As most of you know, I was diagnosed 15 years ago with stage 3 breast cancer. I fought it once and it changed me forever. This January I found out it had metastasized and I?m now currently battling stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. As years passed, I?ve found out how many people in my life have actually been affected by cancer. I?ve chosen our team name as lindsey?s tribe in stride because it has taken a tribe to get me through this?the laughter the memories the support I felt by all the people in my tribe are what got me through. I only hope together we can work towards a world with no cancer one stride at a time.

As a member of this team, we are each playing a part in helping Susan G. Komen® in their  mission to end breast cancer forever.

The money our team raises will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer education & information, emotional support, patient navigation, financial assistance and so much more.
