Our Story

Hi Family and Friends,

As most of you know, I?ve been battling breast cancer for almost a year now, marking my one-year journey on October 4. I started chemotherapy from November 2024 to March 2025 and had a lumpectomy in April 2025. After the surgery, I received a new diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer, specifically metaplastic carcinoma, which is quite rare and aggressive.

Despite the overwhelming news, I remain positive and have faith in God. After discussions with my support system, we've decided on another six months of chemotherapy pills, which give me a better chance of not getting cancer back.

I sincerely appreciate all your support through this journey. I?m inviting you to this event to help fight cancer, and kids are welcome since is at the zoo! After a brief ceremony, we'll have fun walking around the zoo.

Please consider helping me reach my goal for cancer research, not just for me but for everyone affected. All details are on the flyer, but please arrive early, as the doors close at 11 a.m.

Please wear pink to show support?not just for me but for all battling cancer. Says the girl who hates pink lol

Thank you for being there for me. Let?s beat this bitch!

As a member of this team, we are each playing a part in helping Susan G. KomenŽ in their  mission to end breast cancer forever.

The money our team raises will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer education & information, emotional support, patient navigation, financial assistance and so much more.

Ending breast cancer needs all of us. United together, we can support those who need help today, while fearlessly searching for tomorrow's cures.
