This year, I proudly joined the Komen community and registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk in honor of my sister, Bertha Roman, who lost her battle with cancer on October 29, 2024. She left behind three wonderful boys, and I walk to honor her memory, as well as to celebrate my mom a breast cancer survivor.
