My Story
My sister-in-law was diagnosed with breast cancer last summer. Thankfully it was caught early when she went in for her mammogram. Her surgery was successful and she didn?t need any chemo or radiation treatment. Other patients aren?t so lucky; some have to endure multiple rounds of chemotherapy and/or radiation treatment.
I?m participating in the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk to support their mission of ending breast cancer, and I need your help. Funds raised will help with research, Komen?s helpline which provides emotional support to patients, and financial support through Komen?s financial assistance program.
