My Name is Natasha,

In October 2023, I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma — breast cancer — a 2 cm mass. When I first received the news, I was overwhelmed with emotions and anxiety. But only for a moment.

I immediately prayed and asked God to take away the anxiety. Almost instantly, a calm came over me. I knew in my spirit that God had already been preparing me for this journey, even months before my diagnosis. This was not to break me — it was to build my faith. I understood my assignment: to trust Him completely.

I lifted my hands, surrendered it all, and gave it to God.

In November 2023, I had surgery to remove the mass. On January 5, 2024, I began chemotherapy, completing my 16th treatment in May. In July 2024, I underwent 12 radiation treatments.

Through it all, I experienced no complications, no setbacks, no issues — only strength and peace that could have come from nowhere but God. I know without a doubt that it was Him carrying me every single step of the way.

Today, I stand cancer-free.

I walk because I’m a breast cancer survivor. I walk to honor the journey I’ve been through the fight , the strength, and the hope . I walk for the Warriors still in the battle for those we’ve lost too soon and the survivors who prove every day that there is life after diagnosis, I walk to raise awareness to push for research And to remind others that they’re not alone I walk for a future where no one has to hear the words you have breast cancer I walk because together we are more than pink.
