My Story
This year, I’ve decided to take part in the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk — and it means a lot to me. Breast cancer has touched my life in a personal way. I lost my nana to it, and she was one of the most amazing people I’ve ever known. Her strength and love continue to inspire me every day.
I’m walking for her — and for everyone who has been affected by breast cancer. I’m walking to honor those we’ve lost, to celebrate the survivors, and to show support for the fighters and their families. This cause is bigger than any one person — it brings us all together.
So grab your mom, sister, best friend — anyone who wants to make a difference — and come join me! It’s only 1.8 miles (yes, you definitely walk that in a day without realizing it!). Let’s walk with love, with purpose, and with hope for a future without breast cancer.
