We never could have imagined when we met in college, 55 years ago, that we would be TEAM HOPE forever.  On Saturday, October 4, 2025, we  will be walking to find the cure  and to assure all patients receive access to the care they need and deserve.  

Our story began with Komen in 1982, when Joan was diagnosed with breast Cancer.  Together we have witnessed transformative progress.  Forty  three years ago, camcer was talked about in whispers with few medical options. Today?s medicine is direct,y connected to Komen?s finding, hard work and significant breakthroughs in research, education, screening and treatments. 

Cancer can turn lives upside down but it cannot cripple love or shatter hope.  There is always hope beyond what you can see.  We HOPE you will join TEAM HOPE to allow Komen's important mission to continue.
