In 1997 I was diagnosed with DCIS.  I had two lumpectomies and seven weeks of radiation.  In 2000 I had a recurrence, so I had a mastectomy.  This year, twenty-five years later, I was diagnosed with triple negative invasive cancer in the other breast  and have had the second mastectomy.  I participated in Race for the Cure for numerous years and then drifted away.  After this go around, I think it is time to get back in the PINK.  If you would like to contribute to the cause, it would be appreciated.
