Our Story

As most of you know, this past year I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in November and went into remission April 2024! I know That remission couldn’t have been possible without the research and amazing network the Susan G Komen community has given me. They have made so many strides and discoveries in the breast cancer field and we can help them keep up the good work!! My medication that helped me beat my cancer targets my exact tumor DNA and I know that kind of research and drug manufacturing can’t be cheap so I am doing all I can to help make more types of medication available for everyone who needs it! With their amazing work remission can be possible for anyone. Join me in walking on Saturday October 5th with team #BeatitlikeaBeaty in downtown Indianapolis or a $5 donation any and all support is welcome!! October is breast cancer awareness month so this is a great way to support and connect!!
I am dedicated to Komen's mission of ending breast cancer forever, and I need your help. Join our team #BeatitlikeaBeaty
Your support helps us get one step closer to a world without breast cancer. Funds raised help support breakthrough research and provide assistance to those facing breast cancer today who need our support. Whether it’s emotional support via Komen’s helpline, financial support through Komen’s financial assistance program, or navigation services to break down barriers to care, Komen will be there for them.
Ending breast cancer needs all of us, and your generosity can make a real difference. Together, let’s show breast cancer patients there’s a whole community standing by their side.
Will you please join me in this fight by making your donation today? #BeatitlikeaBeaty

Thank you so much in advance for your support!! Couldn’t have won my battle without my amazing team of prayer warriors far and wide!! Love, Megan and family
