YES!!! Donate $35 here to get your ?PINK PASSPORT? and participate in the fun on Thursday, October 16th!
It is with great excitement that we?d like to invite you to join us for a fun and meaningful event for the entire Cambridge Community. On Thursday, October 16th, from 5-8pm, a new event called ?Pink Out Cambridge: Shop, Stroll, and Support the Girls? will combine the efforts of local individuals, businesses, and organizations in the fight against breast cancer during breast cancer awareness month!
This event will be hosted right in downtown Cambridge by a group of your neighbors who call ourselves the ?Traveling Rack Pack.? Perhaps you know a few of our current or past members?.Erica (Ehrke) Thompson, Diane Ehrke-Luginbuhl, Jeri Boden, Nola Carrel and over 16 others! Our group formed to celebrate and honor friends and family members (including some of our own Pack members) who have battled breast cancer. We have been dedicated to raising breast cancer awareness and lifesaving funds since 2006! Our goal is to raise over $25,000 in 2025!
Our vision is to create a joyful evening of activities, shopping, and socializing that offers the opportunity to bring neighbors together, feature our supportive Cambridge businesses, provide great breast health information, and raise funds. Every dollar raised will support local breast cancer patients, fuel lifesaving research, and help promote equal access to breast cancer services for ALL of our neighbors!
For a $35 donation to Susan G. Komen you will receive a Pink Passport for the night! Businesses in the communuty will provide a special item, treat, or other giveaway for the Pink Out passports holders! There will be all kinds of fun and even a few prizes!
More details to come!
