My Story
Eleven years ago, after a negative routine mammogram, my doctor suggested I have a breast MRI due to our family history. Her words were, "if your insurance pays for it, you might want to have it done." And, because I had good insurance, the MRI found my tumor early and my treatment was limited to radiation therapy. I was very lucky and continue to be cancer free.
