This year, I?m walking in the Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk because my journey with breast cancer has shown me, firsthand, just how powerful research and innovation truly are. I am alive today because of cutting-edge treatments made possible through the relentless efforts of researchers, doctors, and advocates who came before me.

Having gone through this battle myself, I feel deeply energized and motivated to give back?to help fuel the very progress that saved my life. Walking is my way of honoring that gift, and of making an impact for others who are still fighting, those who will face a diagnosis in the future, and the families who walk alongside them.
